Washington High School Basketball - Anacortes holds off Lynden Christian
January 18, 2022: Anacortes, WA 98221 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Anacortes Seahawks (Anacortes, WA) and the visiting Lynden Christian Lyncs (Lynden, WA), saw Anacortes's basketball squad hold off Lynden Christian by a tally of 53-51.
With the victory, Anacortes improves its record to 15-3 on the campaign. The Seahawks travel to Sedro-Woolley (Sedro-Woolley, WA) to confront the Cubs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 20. The Cubs come into the challenge with a record of 10-11. Sedro-Woolley lost 43-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Sehome (Bellingham, WA)
Next up, the Lyncs confront the Mount Vernon Bulldogs (Mount Vernon, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 24. Lynden Christian will attempt to improve on its 12-3 season record.
