The Ponderosa Bruins basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Lincoln Fighting Zebras to 32 in the Bruins league triumph on Thursday.

The Bruins now sport a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nevada Union for a contest on Wednesday, January 24. Ponderosa will battle a Miners team coming off a 43-24 league win over Oakmont (Roseville, CA). The Miners record now stands at 17-4.
