With the win, Illini Bluffs upgrades its record to 21-3 on the season. The Tigers travel to Pekin (Pekin, IL) to play the Dragons in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 24. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 8-13. Pekin lost 63-32 in their recent league bout against Morton (Morton, IL)
Next up, the Hilltoppers play the Argenta-Oreana Bombers (Argenta, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Mt. Pulaski will attempt to upgrade on its 17-7 season record. The Bombers go into the bout with a 5-13 record after their 47-24 non-league win over Heritage (Broadlands, IL).
