Indiana High School Basketball - Munster bests Kankakee Valley

The Munster Mustangs basketball team scored 45 points and limited the host Kankakee Valley Kougars to 27 in the Mustangs league triumph on Saturday.

The Mustangs now possess a 12-8 record. They play next when they host Hanover Central for a Northwest Crossroads game on Wednesday, January 22. Munster will play a Wildcats team coming off a 43-36 non-league win over Griffith (Griffith, IN). The Wildcats record now stands at 12-6.

With the loss, Kankakee Valley falls to 6-12 on the campaign. The Kougars host Knox (Knox, IN) to play the Redskins in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. The Redskins go into the game with a record of 4-14.
