The Bishop McCort Crushers basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host Westmont Hilltop Hilltoppers to 43 in the Crushers league victory on Wednesday.

The Crushers now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chestnut Ridge for a Laurel Highlands contest on Friday, January 21. Bishop McCort will battle a Lions team coming off a 74-55 league loss to Bishop Carroll (Ebensburg, PA). The Lions record now stands at 7-5.

The Hilltoppers (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Forest Hills (Sidman, PA). The Rangers come into the Laurel Highlands contest with a 2-9 record. In their last contest, Forest Hills dropped by Somerset (Somerset, PA), 65-60, in a league contest.
