The Westmont Hilltop Hilltoppers basketball team (Johnstown, PA), was overwhelmed 49-20 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Central Dragons (Martinsburg, PA)

The Dragons now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop McCort for a Laurel Highlands battle on Thursday, December 16. Central will battle a Crushers team coming off a 58-56 league loss to Central Cambria (Ebensburg, PA). The Crushers record now stands at 2-1.

The Hilltoppers (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Penn Cambria (Cresson, PA). The Panthers come into the Laurel Highlands battle with a 3-0 record. In their last battle, Penn Cambria trounced Somerset (Somerset, PA), 73-61, in a league battle.
