The Laconia Sachems basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Kingswood Knights to 9 in the Sachems league triumph on Friday.

The Sachems now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hanover for a Division II contest on Tuesday, January 23. Laconia will battle a Bears team coming off a 46-29 league win over Stark (Weare, NH). The Bears record now stands at 6-6.

The Knights (0-8) will now prepare for their contest against Milford (Milford, NH). The Spartans enter the Division II contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Milford was routed by Bow (Bow, NH), 50-41, in a league contest.
