Laconia Sachems (Laconia, NH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Stark Generals (Weare, NH), 64-41 in a league bout.

With the win, Laconia upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Sachems travel to Kingswood (Wolfeboro, NH) to play the Knights in a Division II bout on Friday, January 19. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 0-7.

Next up, the Generals play the Hanover Bears (Hanover, NH) in a Division II bout, on Monday, January 15. Stark will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Bears go into the bout with a 5-6 record after their 53-25 non-league loss to Concord Christian (Concord, NH).
