New Hampshire High School Basketball - Stark overwhelms Souhegan
December 15, 2023: Weare, NH 03281 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Stark Generals (Weare, NH) and the visiting Souhegan Sabers (Amherst, NH), saw Stark's basketball squad wallop Souhegan by a tally of 56-22.
With the victory, Stark improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Generals host Hanover (Hanover, NH) to play the Bears in a Division II challenge on Tuesday, December 19. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Hanover won 59-46 in their recent league challenge against Merrimack Valley (Penacook, NH)
Next up, the Sabers play the Bow Falcons (Bow, NH) in a Division II challenge, on Tuesday, December 19. Souhegan will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 38-30 league loss to Laconia (Laconia, NH).
