In Friday's league match, the visiting Rolling Meadows Mustangs basketball team scored a decisive 59-28 triumph over the Wheeling Wildcats.

In their next game, the Mustangs meet the Vernon Hills Cougars (Vernon Hills, IL) in a non-league match, on Saturday, January 20. Rolling Meadows will attempt to move on its 17-6 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 7-14 record after their 51-41 league win over Highland Park (Highland Park, IL).
