The Yankton Bucks/Gazelles basketball team scored 31 points and held the visiting Roosevelt Rough Riders to 29 in the Bucks/Gazelles league triumph on Friday.

The Bucks/Gazelles now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host O'Gorman for a AA contest on Monday, January 22. Yankton will meet a Knights team coming off a 59-21 league win over Roosevelt (Sioux Falls, SD). The Knights record now stands at 9-0.

The Rough Riders (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against O'Gorman (Sioux Falls, SD). The Knights enter the AA contest with a 8-0 record. In their last contest, O'Gorman nudged Lincoln (Sioux Falls, SD), 72-29, in a league contest.
