Hinsdale Central Red Devils (Hinsdale, IL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL), 49-41 in a league bout.

With the victory, Hinsdale Central upgrades its record to 18-3 on the campaign. The Red Devils travel to Batavia (Batavia, IL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 21.
