Wilcox Chargers (Santa Clara, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Lynbrook Vikings (San Jose, CA), 66-54 in a league bout.

With the win, Wilcox upgrades its record to 11-7 on the season. The Chargers travel to Monta Vista (Cupertino, CA) to play the Matadors in a Santa Clara Valley - El Camino bout on Friday, January 27. The Matadors go into the bout with a record of 6-10.

Next up, the Vikings play the Santa Clara Bruins (Santa Clara, CA) in a Santa Clara Valley - El Camino bout, on Wednesday, January 25. Lynbrook will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record.
