Indiana High School Basketball - West Central overwhelms Pioneer

January 20, 2023: Francesville, IN 47946

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the West Central Trojans (Francesville, IN) and the visiting Pioneer Panthers (Royal Center, IN), saw West Central's basketball squad wallop Pioneer by a tally of 77-44.

With the victory, West Central improves its record to 7-8 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Rensselaer Central (Rensselaer, IN) to confront the Bombers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 21. The Bombers come into the challenge with a record of 9-5. Rensselaer Central won 49-36 in their recent non-league challenge against North Judson-San Pierre (North Judson, IN)

Next up, the Panthers confront the Caston Comets (Fulton, IN) in a Hoosier North challenge, on Friday, January 27. Pioneer will attempt to improve on its 2-13 season record. The Comets come into the challenge with a 4-9 record after their 59-54 league loss to Winamac (Winamac, IN).
