The Velma Jackson Falcons basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting Scott Central Rebels to 25 in the Falcons league victory on Friday.

The Falcons now sport a 12-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pisgah for a 2A Region 6 contest on Friday, January 27.

The Rebels (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Pisgah (Sandhill, MS). The Dragons come into the 2A Region 6 contest with a 7-13 record. In their last contest, Pisgah triumphed over Puckett (Puckett, MS), 53-46, in a league contest.
