Croswell-Lexington Pioneers (Croswell, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Richmond Blue Devils (Richmond, MI), 33-22 in a league bout.

With the win, Croswell-Lexington upgrades its record to 5-8 on the season. The Pioneers host Armada (Armada, MI) to play the Tigers in a Blue Water Area bout on Thursday, January 26. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 9-5. Armada lost 55-33 in their recent non-league bout against Anchor Bay (Fair Haven, MI)

Next up, the Blue Devils play the Notre Dame Prep Fighting Irish (Pontiac, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Richmond will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record.
