January 20, 2024: Moline, IL 61265 The LaSalle-Peru Cavaliers basketball team (LaSalle, IL), was overwhelmed 76-50 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Moline Maroons (Moline, IL)
The Maroons now possess a 18-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Alleman for a Western Big 6 match on Tuesday, January 23. Moline will meet a Pioneers team coming off a 53-42 non-league loss to Morrison (Morrison, IL). The Pioneers record now stands at 3-16.
With the defeat, LaSalle-Peru moves to 15-6 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to Streator (Streator, IL) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Friday, January 26. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 18-4.
