With the victory, Beatrice improves its record to 12-1 on the campaign. The Orangemen host Ashland-Greenwood (Ashland, NE) to confront the Bluejays in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 25. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a record of 10-6. Ashland-Greenwood won 34-25 in their recent non-league test against Platteview (Springfield, NE)
The Eagles now own a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Sutton for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 23. Milford will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 45-38 non-league win over Thayer Central (Hebron, NE). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-5.
