California High School Basketball - Portola can't hold off Biggs

The Biggs Wolverines basketball team scored 91 points and held the host Portola Tigers to 84 in the Wolverines league triumph on Friday.

The Wolverines now sport a 8-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Williams for a Mountain Valley contest on Wednesday, January 26.

The Tigers (6-10) will now prepare for their contest against Truckee (Truckee, CA). The Wolverines enter the non-league contest with a 2-8 record. In their last contest, Truckee was nudged by Sparks (Sparks, NV), 54-49, in a league contest.
