California High School Basketball - Portola tops Biggs

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Portola Tigers (Portola, CA) and the visiting Biggs Wolverines (Biggs, CA), saw Portola's basketball squad knock off Biggs by a count of 56-47.

The Tigers (3-4) will now prepare for their test against Quincy (Quincy, CA). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Quincy notched a victory over Loyalton (Loyalton, CA), 59-48, in a non-league test.

The Wolverines now own a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Loyalton for a non-league test on Saturday, December 11. Biggs will encounter a Grizzlies squad coming off a 59-48 non-league loss to Quincy (Quincy, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 3-3.
