The Westmont Hilltop Hilltoppers basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Forest Hills Rangers to 52 in the Hilltoppers league triumph on Friday.

The Hilltoppers now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop Guilfoyle for a Laurel Highlands contest on Saturday, January 22. Westmont Hilltop will meet a Marauders team coming off a 69-43 league win over Central Cambria (Ebensburg, PA). The Marauders record now stands at 9-1.

The Rangers (2-10) will now prepare for their contest against Bishop McCort (Johnstown, PA). The Crushers enter the Laurel Highlands contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest, Bishop McCort was nudged by Chestnut Ridge (New Paris, PA), 48-44, in a league contest.
