Connecticut High School Basketball - Bassick ripped by St. Joseph
January 21, 2022: Trumbull, CT 06611 The St. Joseph Cadets basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Bassick Lions to 14 in the Cadets non-league triumph on Friday.
The Cadets now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ludlowe for a Fairfield County contest on Monday, January 24. St. Joseph will battle a Falcons team coming off a 50-22 league win over Trumbull (Trumbull, CT). The Falcons record now stands at 8-1.
The Lions (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Amistad (New Haven, CT). The Wolves enter the Freelance contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, Amistad was routed by Amity Regional (Woodbridge, CT), 48-24, in a non-league contest.
