Old Town Coyotes (Old Town, ME) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Maine Central Institute Huskies (Pittsfield, ME), 59-38 in a league bout.

With the victory, Old Town upgrades its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Coyotes travel to Houlton (Houlton, ME) to play the Shiretowners in a bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Shiretowners come into the bout with a record of 2-4.

Next up, the Huskies play the Belfast Lions (Belfast, ME) in a B North bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Maine Central Institute will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record.
