The Andes Central/Dakota Christian basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Irene/Wakonda Eagles to 40 in the non-league triumph on Saturday.

The now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wessington Springs for a B Region 5 contest on Tuesday, January 24. Andes Central/Dakota Christian will battle a Spartans team coming off a 56-38 non-league loss to Wolsey-Wessington (Wolsey, SD). The Spartans record now stands at 6-4.
