The Mountain View Mavericks basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Rocky Mountain Grizzlies to 44 in the Mavericks league triumph on Saturday.

The Mavericks now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Borah for a 5A Southern Idaho contest on Wednesday, January 26. Mountain View will battle a Lions team coming off a 70-46 league loss to Eagle (Eagle, ID). The Lions record now stands at 2-9.
