New Jersey High School Basketball - Bergen Tech can't hold off Passaic
January 22, 2024: Passaic, NJ 07055 The Passaic Indians basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Bergen Tech Knights to 49 in the Indians league victory on Monday.
The Indians now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clifton for a Big North - Liberty contest on Tuesday, January 23. Passaic will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 42-41 league loss to Eastside (Paterson, NJ). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-9.
The Knights (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Kennedy (Paterson, NJ). The Knights come into the Big North - Liberty contest with a 9-6 record. In their last contest, Kennedy edged Hackensack (Hackensack, NJ), 54-51, in a non-league contest.
