New Jersey High School Basketball - Eastside nips Bergen Tech
January 11, 2024: Hackensack, NJ 07601 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Eastside Ghosts (Paterson, NJ) and the host Bergen Tech Knights (Hackensack, NJ), saw Eastside's basketball squad hold off Bergen Tech by a tally of 54-52.
With the victory, Eastside improves its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Ghosts travel to East Orange Campus (East Orange, NJ) to play the Jaguars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 13. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 8-1.
Next up, the Knights play the Lyndhurst Golden Bears (Lyndhurst, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 13. Bergen Tech will attempt to improve on its 4-7 season record. The Golden Bears come into the challenge with a 11-1 record after their 66-28 league win over Harrison (Harrison, NJ).
