California High School Basketball - Carlmont holds off Sacred Heart Prep
January 22, 2024: Atherton, CA 94027 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Carlmont Scots (Belmont, CA) and the host Sacred Heart Prep Gators (Atherton, CA), saw Carlmont's basketball squad hold off Sacred Heart Prep by a tally of 43-41.
With the victory, Carlmont improves its record to 13-4 on the campaign. The Scots travel to Hillsdale (San Mateo, CA) to confront the FIGHTING KNIGHTS in a challenge on Wednesday, January 24. The FIGHTING KNIGHTS come into the challenge with a record of 8-9. Hillsdale lost 52-33 in their recent league challenge against Burlingame (Burlingame, CA)
Next up, the Gators confront the Crystal Springs Uplands Gryphons (Hillsborough, CA) in a challenge, on Friday, January 26. Sacred Heart Prep will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record.
