The Bethany Community Wolves defeated the visiting Piedmont Classical Bobcats basketball squad by a final score of 49-30 in Wednesday's league outing.

Next, the Wolves clash with the College Prep & Leadership Academy Royals (Jamestown, NC) in a 1A Northwest Piedmont outing, on Friday, January 24. Bethany Community will attempt to upgrade on its 12-10 season record. The Royals come into the outing with a 6-4 record after their 39-36 non-league win over McMichael (Mayodan, NC).

The Bobcats (4-6) will now prepare for their outing against Leadership Academy (Kernersville, NC). The Falcons come into the 1A Northwest Piedmont outing with a 5-9 record. In their last outing, Leadership Academy overcame Cornerstone Charter (Greensboro, NC), 38-32, in a league outing.
