January 23, 2023: Schuyler, NE 68661 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Schuyler Warriors (Schuyler, NE) and the visiting Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, NE), saw Schuyler's basketball squad hold off Lexington by a count of 28-26.
With the victory, Schuyler upgrades its record to 3-12 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Adams Central (Hastings, NE) to play the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 14-1. Adams Central lost 50-49 in their recent league challenge against Grand Island Central Catholic (Grand Island, NE)
Next up, the Minutemen play the Broken Bow Indians (Broken Bow, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Lexington will attempt to upgrade on its 0-16 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 52-43 non-league win over Ainsworth (Ainsworth, NE).
