The Travelers Rest Devildogs basketball team (Travelers Rest, SC), was nudged 57-50 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Blue Ridge Fighting Tigers (Greer, SC)

The Fighting Tigers now possess a 9-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eastside for a non-league battle on Wednesday, January 24. Blue Ridge will battle a Eagles team coming off a 64-54 league win over Wade Hampton (Greenville, SC). The Eagles record now stands at 14-4.

The Devildogs (9-12) will now prepare for their battle against Broome (Spartanburg, SC). The Centurions come into the AAA Region 3 battle with a 11-10 record. In their last battle, Broome edged Chapman (Inman, SC), 66-47, in a league battle.
