January 23, 2024: Springhill, LA 71075 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Sterlington Panthers (Sterlington, LA) and the host North Webster Knights (Springhill, LA), saw Sterlington's basketball squad overcome North Webster by a tally of 45-28.
With the victory, Sterlington improves its record to 18-5 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Richwood (Monroe, LA) to confront the Rams in a 3A District 1 challenge on Friday, January 26. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 14-13. Richwood lost 69-16 in their recent league challenge against Wossman (Monroe, LA)
Next up, the Knights confront the Bastrop Rams (Bastrop, LA) in a 3A District 1 challenge, on Wednesday, January 24. North Webster will attempt to improve on its 11-3 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 25-0 record after their 58-24 league win over Carroll (Monroe, LA).
