Massachusetts High School Basketball - Worcester Tech holds off Blackstone Valley RVT
January 24, 2023: Worcester, MA 01604 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Worcester Tech Eagles (Worcester, MA) and the visiting Blackstone Valley RVT Beavers (Upton, MA), saw Worcester Tech's basketball squad hold off Blackstone Valley RVT by a tally of 63-62.
With the victory, Worcester Tech improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Eagles host Montachusett RVT (Fitchburg, MA) to confront the Bulldogs in a Colonial challenge on Thursday, January 26. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 5-5. Montachusett RVT won 66-32 in their recent league challenge against Abby Kelley Foster (Worcester, MA)
Next up, the Beavers confront the Abby Kelley Foster Bears (Worcester, MA) in a Colonial challenge, on Friday, January 27. Blackstone Valley RVT will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 66-32 league loss to Montachusett RVT (Fitchburg, MA).
