North Dakota High School Basketball - St. John overwhelms Dakota Prairie
January 24, 2023: St. John, ND 58369 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the St. John Woodchucks (St. John, ND) and the visiting Dakota Prairie Knights (Petersburg, ND), saw St. John's basketball squad wallop Dakota Prairie by a tally of 84-38.
With the victory, St. John improves its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Woodchucks host Four Winds/Minnewaukan (Fort Totten, ND) to confront the Indians in a B Region 4 challenge on Monday, January 30. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 7-0. Four Winds/Minnewaukan won 90-40 in their recent league challenge against Dunseith (Dunseith, ND)
Next up, the Knights confront the Neenah Rockets (Neenah, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 30. Dakota Prairie will attempt to improve on its 0-9 season record. The Rockets come into the challenge with a 10-7 record after their 62-41 league win over Appleton North (Appleton, WI).
