Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the North Branch Broncos (North Branch, MI) and the visiting Brandon Blackhawks (Ortonville, MI), saw North Branch's basketball squad overcome Brandon by a tally of 38-27.

With the victory, North Branch improves its record to 12-1 on the campaign. The Broncos host Yale (Yale, MI) to confront the Bulldogs in a Blue Water Area challenge on Thursday, January 26. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 8-5. Yale lost 51-36 in their recent league challenge against Armada (Armada, MI)

Next up, the Blackhawks confront the Lake Fenton Blue Devils (Linden, MI) in a Flint Metro challenge, on Friday, January 27. Brandon will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 14-0 record after their 50-44 league win over Goodrich (Goodrich, MI).
