The Bland Tigers basketball team scored 49 points and limited the visiting Celeste Blue Devils to 35 in the Tigers league triumph on Friday.

The Tigers now have a 16-13 record. They play next when they travel to Trenton for a 2A Region II District 14 game on Tuesday, January 28. Bland will confront a Tigers team coming off a 52-22 league loss to Tom Bean (Tom Bean, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 8-20.
