January 24, 2025: Lancaster, VA 22503

In Friday's league contest, the visiting Northumberland Indians basketball team scored a big 75-49 triumph over the Lancaster Red Devils.

The Indians (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against Essex (Tappahannock, VA). The Trojans go into the Northern Neck contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Essex smashed Lunenburg Central (Victoria, VA), 56-43, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Red Devils confront the Westmoreland Eagles (Montross, VA) in a Northern Neck contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Lancaster will attempt to better on its 7-6 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 9-6 record after their 48-41 league loss to Colonial Beach (Colonial Beach, VA).
