The Sanger Indians basketball squad (Sanger, TX), was outscored 74-55 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Panther Creek Panthers (Frisco, TX)

With the victory, Panther Creek advances its record to 21-8 on the year. The Panthers host Celina (Celina, TX) to meet the Bobcats in a 4A Region II District 9 battle on Tuesday, January 28. The Bobcats come into the test with a record of 18-12. Celina lost 62-59 in their recent league test against Aubrey (Aubrey, TX)

The Indians (20-6) will now prepare for their test against Lake Dallas (Corinth, TX). The Falcons come into the 4A Region II District 9 test with a 14-15 record. In their last test, Lake Dallas overcame Gainesville (Gainesville, TX), 54-48, in a league test.
