January 24, 2025: Elmhurst, IL 60126 St. Laurence Vikings (Burbank, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host IC Catholic Prep Knights (Elmhurst, IL), 55-28 in a league match.
With the victory, St. Laurence upgrades its record to 17-5 on the year. The Vikings travel to Chicago Mt. Carmel (Chicago, IL) to face the Caravan in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 28. The Caravan enter the match with a record of 1-3.
The Knights now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Walther Christian Academy for a non-league match on Saturday, January 25. IC Catholic Prep will face a Broncos squad coming off a 55-43 non-league loss to West Chicago (West Chicago, IL). The Broncos record now stands at 9-8.
