The Cheraw Braves basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting North Central Knights to 43 in the Braves league triumph on Tuesday.

The Braves now sport a 7-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Andrew Jackson for a AA Region 4 contest on Friday, January 28. Cheraw will meet a Volunteers team coming off a 67-55 league loss to York Prep (Rock Hill, SC). The Volunteers record now stands at 12-7.

The Knights (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against Central (Pageland, SC). The Eagles enter the AA Region 4 contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Central triumphed over Chesterfield (Chesterfield, SC), 58-50, in a league contest.
