Maryland High School Basketball - Quince Orchard trounces Einstein
January 25, 2022: Kensington, MD 20895 The Quince Orchard Cougars (Gaithersburg, MD) basketball crushed the host Einstein Titans (Kensington, MD), 62-41 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Cougars (7-1) will now prepare for their test against Whitman (Bethesda, MD). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 8-4 record. In their last test, Whitman walloped Wootton (Rockville, MD), 72-47, in a league test.
The Titans now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they host Northwood for a Montgomery 4A East test on Thursday, January 27. Einstein will encounter a Gladiators squad coming off a 64-57 non-league loss to Springbrook (Silver Spring, MD). The Gladiators record now stands at 0-8.
