Central Falcons (Capitol Heights, MD) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting International High School at Largo Sea Turtles (Largo, MD), 97-15 in a league bout.

With the win, Central upgrades its record to 6-8 on the season. The Falcons travel to Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North (Laurel, MD) to play the Tigers in a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A bout on Monday, January 29. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 8-4. Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North lost 78-76 in their recent league bout against Potomac (Oxon Hill, MD)

Next up, the Sea Turtles play the Gwynn Park Yellowjackets (Brandywine, MD) in a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A bout, on Tuesday, January 30. International High School at Largo will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record.
