New Jersey High School Basketball - The Pingry School can't hold off Delaware Valley
January 25, 2024: Frenchtown, NJ 08825 The Delaware Valley Terriers basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting The Pingry School Big Blue to 62 in the Terriers league triumph on Thursday.
The Terriers now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Princeton for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 27. Delaware Valley will battle a Tigers team coming off a 60-57 league loss to Lawrence (Lawrenceville, NJ). The Tigers record now stands at 6-7.
The Big Blue (10-3) will now prepare for their contest against Cranford (Cranford, NJ). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 12-4 record. In their last contest, Cranford nudged Hillside (Hillside, NJ), 59-58, in a league contest.
