January 25, 2025: Carpentersville, IL 60110 Larkin Royals (Elgin, IL) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Dundee-Crown Chargers (Carpentersville, IL), 60-48 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Larkin advances its record to 11-13 on the year. The Royals host Freeport (Freeport, IL) to face the Pretzels in a non-league match on Wednesday, January 29. The Pretzels enter the match with a record of 18-6. Freeport won 78-37 in their recent league match against Jefferson (Rockford, IL)
The Chargers now own a 2-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mundelein for a non-league match on Monday, January 27. Dundee-Crown will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 54-45 non-league win over Palatine (Palatine, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 14-9.
