Indiana High School Basketball - Riverton Parke overwhelms South Vermillion

January 25, 2025: Clinton, IN 47842

The Riverton Parke Panthers basketball team scored 60 points and limited the host South Vermillion Wildcats to 36 in the Panthers league triumph on Saturday.

The Panthers now have a 11-8 record. They play next when they travel to West Vigo for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. Riverton Parke will confront a Vikings team coming off a 49-26 league loss to Indian Creek (Trafalgar, IN). The Vikings record now stands at 5-14.

With the loss, South Vermillion falls to 0-22 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Fountain Central (Veedersburg, IN) to confront the Mustangs in a Wabash River game on Tuesday, January 28. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 16-4. Fountain Central lost 43-29 in their recent league game against Parke Heritage (Rockville, IN)
