The Fountain Central Mustangs (Veedersburg, IN) basketball crushed the host Riverton Parke Panthers (Montezuma, IN), 47-11 in Thursday's league bout.

The Mustangs now possess a 18-4 record. They play next when they travel to Covington for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 4. Fountain Central will play a Trojans team coming off a 61-29 non-league loss to Southmont (Crawfordsville, IN). The Trojans record now stands at 4-19.

With the loss, Riverton Parke falls to 11-10 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Attica (Attica, IN) to play the Red Ramblers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 5. The Red Ramblers go into the bout with a record of 9-14.
