Redmond Mustangs (Redmond, WA) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Sammamish RedHawks (Bellevue, WA), 40-33 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Redmond advances its record to 12-5 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Lake Washington (Kirkland, WA) to face the Kangaroos in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 28. The Kangaroos enter the match with a record of 10-3. Lake Washington won 68-27 in their recent non-league match against Juanita (Kirkland, WA)

The RedHawks now own a 4-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Creek for a non-league match on Wednesday, January 29. Sammamish will face a Jaguars squad coming off a 99-64 non-league loss to Woodinville (Woodinville, WA). The Jaguars record now stands at 7-9.
