Washington High School Basketball - Lake Washington thwarts Redmond
January 28, 2025: Kirkland, WA 98033 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Lake Washington Kangaroos (Kirkland, WA) and the visiting Redmond Mustangs (Redmond, WA), observed Lake Washington's basketball team knock off Redmond by a score of 62-49.
The Kangaroos (11-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Monroe (Monroe, WA). The Bearcats come into the non-league challenge with a 9-6 record. In their last challenge, Monroe dropped by Snohomish (Snohomish, WA), 44-43, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Mustangs encounter the Bothell/Inglemoor Cougars (Bothell, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 31. Redmond will attempt to improve on its 12-6 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 12-6 record after their 54-25 non-league win over Ingraham (Seattle, WA).
