Connecticut High School Basketball - Suffield tops Windsor Locks
January 26, 2023: West Suffield, CT 06093 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Suffield Wildcats (West Suffield, CT) and the visiting Windsor Locks Raiders (Windsor Locks, CT), saw Suffield's basketball squad knock off Windsor Locks by a count of 60-42.
With the victory, Suffield upgrades its record to 8-7 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Stafford (Stafford Springs, CT) to play the Bulldogs in a North Central Connecticut challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 6-6. Stafford lost 43-34 in their recent non-league challenge against South Windsor (South Windsor, CT)
Next up, the Raiders play the Somers Spartans (Somers, CT) in a North Central Connecticut challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Windsor Locks will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 11-4 record after their 52-48 league win over Coventry (Coventry, CT).
