Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Bridgeport Bulldogs (Bridgeport, NE) and the visiting Hershey Panthers (Hershey, NE), saw Bridgeport's basketball squad wallop Hershey by a count of 72-29.

With the victory, Bridgeport upgrades its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Bayard (Bayard, NE) to play the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 27. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 5-11. Bayard won 50-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Minatare (Minatare, NE)

Next up, the Panthers play the Chase County Longhorns (Imperial, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 27. Hershey will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Longhorns come into the challenge with a 7-8 record after their 53-44 non-league loss to Holyoke (Holyoke, CO).
